Rizhao Huanyu Seafarer Service Co., Ltd.was founded in 1993 and obtained the Qualification Certificate for Seafarer Recruitment and Placement inSeptember 2012. It is not only the earliest SRAP agency in Rizhao approved bythe Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China, but alsoone of the early companies engaged in seafarer manning business in theindustry. Up to now, it has gone through a development journey of more than 30years. In April 2017, the company established the SCShipping Northern Seafarer Base. In addition to its independent business, thecompany has also established a close cooperation model with well-known domesticseafarer manning agencies.
