Rizhao Huanyu Seafarers Service Co., Ltd is one of the 162 foreign-related seafarers recruitment and placement service companies approved by Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China. This was formerly known as Rizhao Seafarers Overseas Technical Services Company founded on January 8^th, 1993. The company was renamed and registered as Rizhao Huanyu Seafarers Service Co. Ltd in November, 2001. After nearly 20 years of development, the business of the company has grown steadily year by year and formed a diversified, long term and stable crew pool with high quality and clear structure. Meanwhile, the company has a long established and stable cooperative relationship with numerous famous ship-owners at home and abroad.

At present, our company could provide seafarer service directly or indirectly for well-known oil ship-owners, such as OCTK, GBLT, AET and TITAN in Singapore, STELLA in Germany, and SINOCHEM Shipping Co., Ltd; container ships for APL in Singapore, YM in Taiwan and OOCL in Hong Kong, as well as 9600TEUs and 14000TEUs container ships from China International Shipping Management Co. Ltd. Meanwhile, the company has established a cooperative relationship with MAERSK LINE through a contract with China Oceanographic Engineering Corporation; bulk carrier partners from WALLEM, GOLD-BEAM and ANGLO EASTERN in Hong Kong, and others from Taiwan and Europe.

The company is part of the Labor Assignment Service Institution for international shipping markets with an internationally compatible salary system.
